• Diploma or Certificate in Restaurant and Catering Management
• Desirable: Further Education in Hotel and Catering Management, Hospitality or related field
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in a Restaurant or Food services/Healthcare.
• Management Role ideally in a facility of significant size, complexity, and diversity
